Tools and methodologies significantly help in project management, but it is only through a general frame, a culture, that project management problems can be resolved. Project management culture can't be bought; it must be built from the ground up and driven from the top down within an organization. In this session, we’ll discuss about how to set that culture and deliver excellence and quality on everyone's job.
