Effective stakeholder engagement is key to project and career success. Despite overwhelming evidence, this crucial domain is often neglected. In this webinar, Alan Zucker shares the best practices he developed over his career and shares with his students and coaching clients for identifying, assessing, understanding, and engaging our stakeholders.
#### Meet Our Speaker:Alan Zucker

Alan Zucker has over 25-years of experience working in Fortune 100 companies leading projects and large organizations. He has delivered thousands of successful projects and managed major strategic initiatives.
Alan has led large organizations and managed multi-million dollar programs with hundreds of resources.
As a leader, Alan has transformed organizations. He simultaneously improved client satisfaction while reducing the cost of his team’s services. He led an Agile transformation that delivered significant, measurable benefits to the enterprise.
In 2016, he founded Project Management Essentials to provide training and advisory services. His areas of expertise are project management, Agile transformation, and leadership. He is a keynote speaker and provides customized training to his clients. He is an Adjunct Instructor at George Mason University, Graduate School USA, and the Northern Virginia Community College and a senior instructor with Velociteach and KornFerry, premier providers of professional development.
Alan has a master’s degree in Economics from the University of Maryland, a master’s certificate in IT Project Management from the George Washington University. He holds multiple agile and project management certifications.
