Life wasn’t always this way for Sandra. After leading teams, meeting the expectations of others in a corporate role and feeling invisible, Sandra grabbed the opportunity to step away from a 25 year plus role in the finance industry to follow her passion of developing people.

Sandra is passionate and obsessed with supporting young leaders, business owners and individuals to be fabulous, stand tall, embrace and honour themselves. Sandra challenges one’s thinking, supports your growth and creates dramatic shifts through her “Cool Confidence Program”.

Sandra supports small business owners to scale their business, engage staff and become the best possible leader you can be. She does this by sharing with you how your actions, communications and beliefs may be holding you back.

With over 12,000 coaching hours to support her methodology Sandra has the experience and ability to see what others do not. Sandra is straight forward and is an advocate for her clients and this approach alone has learnt her the respect of many who have worked with her.

Sandra is a published author and the recipient of the 2018 Sole Traders of the year award.

When Sandra is not inspiring others you will find her cruising the highways on her Yamaha 950 Cruiser Motorcycle.
