SYNOPSIS
The workshop will introduce the science behind stress and tension and go on to demonstrate simple, easy techniques that one can take on to reduce anxiety, stress and tension.
BIO
Dave Bachan is first and foremost a parent of 5 beautiful and accomplished children. He is a TMU grad who has worked in the financial sector as a Technology professional for the past 25 years. During that period he earned his Distinguished Toastmaster designation. He is a past Evaluation champion of District 60 and in 2023 was awarded with the prestigious George Keenan award in recognition of services to Toastmasters. Recently he became a licensed Yoga Teacher instructor which inspired his research into the brain's role with self regulation and good mental health. This talk is based on his recent research.

• Earn Professional Development Units (PDU’s) or training credits for PMP certification by attending meetings including the PM Forum
• Earn additional PDU’s or training credits for developing a PM Forum presentation and delivering that presentation in the PM Forum
• Earn valuable Toastmaster designations based on speaking and listening, and leadership accomplishments
Instructions will be provided only after RSVP is received and before the meeting. We use Zoom conferencing. Make sure to check your emails!
Our meetings follow this format:
- Join the call at 5:55 pm EST (Toronto, Ontario, Canada)
- Meeting starts at 6:00 pm EST SHARP!
- Meeting ends at 8:00pm EST
