Njanja Mathu is an IT Project Manager and human-centered strategist who specializes in helping organizations translate vision into measurable success. She applies design thinking and human-centered principles to lead complex digital initiatives that align seamlessly with organizational goals. She leverages Agile methodologies, design thinking, and data-driven decision-making to enhance collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement. Njanja empowers teams to innovate confidently and execute with excellence. Her people-first approach builds trust across both technical and business teams to deliver sustainable, high-impact solutions.

Drawing from psychology, behavioural economics, marketing theory, and art history, she bridges strategy and aesthetics to redefine luxury with meaning and intention. With a Master of Architecture from Harvard GSD, an MBA, and over a decade of industry experience, she remains deeply committed to ethics and social responsibility, shaping aspirational and profoundly human beauty.
Jo-Ann Chiam is the Chief Client Officer at AudienceView, leading global client success and transformation across the live events industry. A passionate Toastmaster, she champions clear, impactful communication and continuous growth. Jo-Ann is also a technology advocate and enthusiast exploring how tech innovation can enhance connection, creativity, and client experience.
Carol DeMarco holds an undergraduate degree in psychology with a concentration in Individual and Family Studies from the University of Delaware, a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania, and a certification in School Counseling from West Chester University. With a career spanning over four decades in counseling and mediation, Carol DeMarco has navigated the complexities of Family Court in Delaware as a child support and custody mediator and later as Director of Human Resources. She also dedicated 25 years to guiding middle school students in West Chester, Pennsylvania. A mother of three, Carol has honed her skills in handling life's toughest situations. Now retired, she continues to share her insights by working with Unite for HER, a breast cancer organization, and Family Services of Chester County, driven by a belief in the necessity of positive change in the world. These professional experiences, coupled with personal struggles she has overcome, have propelled Carol to share what she has learned in hopes that others will understand that they, too, can tackle difficult life challenges. Her desire to widen the scope of the change she can make in the world has led her to become a motivational speaker.

Project Managers United Toastmasters (PMUT) offers a unique blend of Project Management and Toastmasters, designed to help individuals interested in project management improve their communication and leadership skills. Guests are always welcome to join and experience our meetings, whether you're new to project management, seeking to enhance your skills, or looking to expand your network.
Our meetings are structured to offer maximum value to both paid members and guest attendees:
· One hour is dedicated to a traditional Toastmasters meeting.
· The other hour is typically reserved for our featured PM Forum Speaker, who may present either in the first or second half of the meeting, depending on their availability and preference.
Meeting Format:
- Join the call at 5:55 PM EST (Toronto, Ontario, Canada).
- The meeting starts promptly at 6:00 PM EST and concludes at 8:00 PM EST.
Optional: After most meetings, several members stay online for a few minutes to answer questions about becoming a paid member of Project Managers United Toastmasters. We talk about Toastmasters' Educational Pathways and share our personal experiences with the club. It’s a fantastic opportunity to network informally and get your questions answered. Paid Members receive quarterly consolidated PDU Claim receipts, which simplify tracking your attendance and roles for submission to PMI. Each two-hour meeting is worth two professional development units.
