Join us for Fighting Game locals at the new National Esports Centre on the South Mall in Cork City!
Whether you're a serious competitor, casual enjoyer or just checking it out, we work to make this an event series for everyone. These are "locals", which are casual, non-tournament fighting game events held every second Friday. While it is a place people can come and practice and improve with others, it is also a social space, meant for people to meet friends with similar interests.
Our home is the National Esports Centre, directly across from the Imperial Hotel. It has all you would ever want for a venue, including best-in-class equipment from low latency AOC monitors, custom built PCs, gaming chairs and more. You can access all of this equipment for just €5 entry, from 5pm to 8pm every second Friday.
We provide setups ahead of time for titles like Street Fighter 6, Tekken 8, Guilty Gear Strive and the new title 2XKO from Riot Games (creators of League of Legends, Valorant, Arcane, etc.)
