Let's Play: Kids on Bikes @ Whistle Stop Alehouse

Join us to play the Stranger Things inspired game Kids on Bikes!

The year is 1995. You are a middle school student from the small town of Pine Ridge, somewhere in western Washington. Life is pretty quiet here- until a mysterious explosion tears apart the local hospital, plunging the town into confusion and fear. You and your friends unwittingly find yourselves caught middle of the fallout- and maybe the only ones able to stop it from happening again.

Kids on Bikes is a Tabletop Roleplaying Game (also known as a TTRPG), meaning that you (the players) create and control a character within the fictional world of Pine Ridge, while I (the game master) play the part of the villains, environments, and minor characters you interact with. I start by telling you what sort of situation your characters find themselves in, then you tell me how your character chooses to handle it. If attempting something difficult, you must roll dice to determine how successful you were. We continue back and forth this way until the story has resolved.
