Introduction to planning...process

Details

Having a good plan is one of the most important things for any project - as it provides the information for HOW and WHEN the project objectives are to be met. Creating a plan is straightforward once you understand it is a process involving a number of steps: scope, estimating, network diagrams (incl. critical path), and scheduling resources (incl. Gantt charts).

Join our Meetup event to get an understanding of these steps in the planning process, and some of the standard techniques used to create your plan.
