Project Value brings you the Unlearning Series to help you navigate your career in the field of sustainability. In the 2nd of 3 series, we will go through Intrapreneurship: Embedding Sustainability from Within.

Sustainability is a trending but vague term that is difficult to navigate as a career, especially within an established or traditional organization. The world is changing and as the problems are getting more complex, so are our response. Some are change-makers and disruptors as entrepreneurs and some make the change from inside their organizations.

In this workshop, we will unpack how you want to make an impact within your organization. From a small organizational change like waste reduction, to a large organizational culture shift in the workplace culture, the conversations we will have in this workshop can help prepare and empower you for your initiative(s). Activities include:

Being an effective change agent: frameworks of intrapreneurship
Applying intrapreneurship (specific to your journey)
