Kyle Miller is a product design and UX strategy leader with 10+ years of experience in fintech, including work at Capital One and PenFed Credit Union. He co-founded the venture-backed startup Goodfynd and now runs The Vision Mill, a consultancy that gives founders and product leaders clarity before they spend a dollar on the wrong buildWhat we'll cover:
- How AI has changed the day-to-day work of product design, shown through real projects, not theory
- A live walkthrough of designing and prototyping with AI, including where it may fails and why human judgment still matters
- What managers and founders should expect from designers now, and how to get the best work from them

We're doing it again, a casual morning hike at Sognsvann — one of Oslo's most accessible and scenic spots, straight off the metro.
No slides, no laptops, no conference rooms. Just fresh air, a coffee from the lakeside kiosk, and a walk with people who work in design, tech, and product.
Meet at Sognsvann metro station, grab something from the kiosk, walk along the lake, and connect through light conversation prompts that skip the small talk and get to the real stuff.
