The Hague. Designers vs Stakeholders: Response Training Workshop
MingleMush Food Hall, Anna van Buerenplein 712, Den Haag, NL"Make the logo bigger." "My wife doesn't like this blue." "We don't have budget for research." Tired of hearing these? Join the Projector Institute Community workshop. We are meeting to master the art of defending your work.
What is it? Think of it as an "Anti-Book Club." We’ve read the heavy theory ("Articulating Design Decisions" by Tom Greever & "UX for Business" by Joel Marsh) and distilled it into a high-speed, interactive game.
What we will do: No laptops. No screens. Just teams, drinks, and a deck of "Nightmare Stakeholder" cards. You will face real-world scenarios and practice winning the argument using two opposite strategies:
- The Diplomat: Using empathy and psychology (The T. Greever method).
- The Shark: Using business metrics and ROI (The J. Marsh method).
Who is this for? Designers and Product Managers who want to stop guessing what to say and start driving the product vision.
❗ If your plans change after registering, please cancel your spot — it helps someone else join.

Santa Cruz. Tenerife Playbook for Creatives & Tech Nomads
Espacio Kernel Cowork & Cooperate, Av. Tres de Mayo, 30, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, CN, ESImportant! Please register on LUMA PAGE
This event is organised by Projector Institute community together with Espacio Kernel Coworking.
Tenerife keeps attracting strong creative and tech professionals escaping cold weather — and rigid routines. Designers, developers, founders, analysts, and product people arrive with experience and ambition, but often without a clear understanding of how to build a professional network on the island.
This meetup starts with a panel discussion covering different perspectives — from running an international IT business as a nomad to building and working locally with global professionals. After that, we open the floor for networking, so you can meet people you’d actually want to work with, collaborate with, or grab a coffee next week.
Speakers:
**Orest Halan**, CEO at Stellarstech
Nomad founder perspective- Experience of building and running an IT business as a nomad
- What works (and what doesn’t) when growing a company while moving between countries
**Juan Jiménez García**, Analyst and AI Consultant for Manufacturing Companies, ex-Deloitte
Local perspective- How business is built on the island from the inside
- Working at the intersection of corporate experience, independent consulting, and nomad life
- How locals and nomads can collaborate and build sustainable professional relationships
Moderated by Misha Rybachuk, co-founder of Projector Institute
