Hosted by Projector Global Community by @prjctr_institute, in collaboration with UaHub, this workshop is designed for anyone interested in building digital products with AI — from developers and designers to product professionals and entrepreneurs. No advanced coding experience is required.

Together, we’ll explore:
• How to turn an idea into a clear product structure and MVP
• How to use AI coding tools throughout the development process
• How to build and test a working product step by step
• How to prepare your product for deployment and further development

This is a practical workshop, so expect less theory and more hands-on work. We’ll go through the key stages of building an MVP with AI and create a solid foundation you can continue developing after the session.

Speaker:
David Townsend is a cybersecurity expert and manager, former U.S. Army Intelligence Officer, and currently pursuing a PhD at King’s College London. He actively works with AI-assisted development and will guide participants through the process with a strong focus on security and practical implementation.

Це насамперед вечір знайомства. Хочеться зібрати разом дизайнерів, креативників і людей із tech-сфери нашого міста, познайомитися одне з одним і зрозуміти, чого нам не вистачає локально та які теми справді цікаві вам.

Що буде далі — лекції, воркшопи, панельні дискусії чи інші формати — будемо формувати разом, виходячи з того, про що ви розкажете на цій зустрічі.

Почнемо з невеликого інтерактиву, щоб швидше познайомитися й уникнути незручного «а чим ти займаєшся?». А далі — спілкування про AI без презентацій і пафосу.

— які AI-інструменти реально стали частиною нашої роботи;
— що вони допомогли робити швидше або краще;
— де AI все ще розчаровує;
— і чи справді він так сильно змінив creative & tech, як про це говорять.

​Загалом - це вечір вільного нетворкінг, нових знайомства, обміну контактами, ідеями та, можливо, майбутніми колабораціями.

​This session is different. Andrew Tomin will open up the AI workflows he uses in product work: the inputs, the agent steps, the human checks, and the output a team can actually use.

​Andrew Tomin is a Senior Product Manager and founder of AISandboxlab.com — a bootcamp for non-coders who want to move beyond ChatGPT in a browser and start working with AI agents. He has spent 14+ years building enterprise B2B products at EPAM, WorkFusion, Wargaming and Inspectorio. Today, he builds AI-native workflows for product teams, creates tools and agents, and runs hands-on workshops where product ideas become working prototypes.

​Here’s what he’ll actually show:

• ​Raw Meeting transcripts become structured decisions, owners and follow-up tasks — ready for review instead of buried in someone’s notebook.
• ​How daily updates, Jira stories or project inputs become a clear stakeholder status report in minutes.
• ​How a rough product idea turns into a structured specification and a clickable prototype your team or client can discuss before development begins.

​Not prompt tricks. Not “10 Claude hacks.” A practical, repeatable way to turn project noise into useful next steps. Live, on screen.

​How the evening runs:
​We open with 10 minutes of honest conversation: where does AI create friction in your work today, and where could it genuinely help? Then Andrew leads a 40-minute live demo using real product cases, followed by 10 minutes for questions. We close with 30 minutes of facilitated networking — because the people working through similar problems are often as valuable as the tools themselves.
