Details
Rebranding the Brain: Neurodiversity at Work
Join a Projector Global Community meetup supported by Tripnly and Espressolab After-Work Lab to explore how neurodiversity can become a team advantage, not an obstacle. (Not a 101. Not a pitch night.)
We’ll mix an Oxford-backed talk with hands-on design thinking and a 3-panel storytelling exercise so you leave with something you can use in life.
### Who is it for?
Built for mid/senior designers, PMs, engineers, researchers, and team leads with real team experience—especially if you’ve heard “why can’t they just act ‘normal’?” and want better answers.
### What to expect?
- Oxford insight (30 min): Maryna Nosyk, DPhil candidate in Experimental Psychology — the science of neurodiversity.
- Design-thinking lab: Ksenia Lebedeva, Senior AI Product Manager — reframe a common stigma into a useful strength.
- Storytelling workshop: Valeriia Derrick, storyboard artist & illustrator — craft a 3-panel comic of your “new superpower at work.”
- Wrap & mingle: Practical Q&A. Drinks/food available at the bar.
