Olha Sadula — People Manager at FastCTO, a Boston-based IT company, and a Career Consultant with hands-on experience placing talent from entry-level roles to C-suite executives. Olha has worked across industries including IT, finance, logistics, marketing, and HoReCa, giving her a rare cross-sector perspective on hiring and career growth.
