What we’re about

People who meet here are dedicated to living a high quality life, for health and happiness. Join us and attend monthly, free Zoom sessions open to members from around the world. The transition from a local group (Silicon Valley and surrounds) to a virtual group took place in 2020, due to the c@v!d pandemic. Now that we have members scattered geographically, we cannot go back.

Our current meetings are hosted by Steven Fowkes, a long-time biohacker and self-care advocate, with a background in organic chemistry, biochemistry, science and metabolism, with personal foci on aging, neurodegenerative diseases, smart drugs, reversal of Alzheimer's disease (YouTube, the swfowkes channel), c@v!d (mechanisms early treatment, and options for post-c@v!d and post-vaccination therapies), Down's syndrome therapies (TNI, Nutravene-D), both chronic and acute viral infections, mitochondrial systems, and the "designer brain" (neurotransmitter therapies). The Self-Care Meetups hosted by Steve are free to attend for Project Wellbeing members.
