Class open to all levels. Recommended for yogis with 3 months steady practice. Beginner and intermediate students welcome.

Buddhism is often referred to as ‘The Middle Path.” In Sanskrit, this is called ‘madhyama-pratipad.’

As anyone with a busy life knows, the middle is often a hard place to be–when you need to be reminded how simple it all really is. In this Hatha-inspired yoga class, we’ll focus on the movement and meditative aspects of the breath (pranayama). We’ll move into a strengthening and empowering blend of asana (poses), while paying special attention to alignment. This comfortable flow will allow you to find the pose in your body–to adjust and explore.

With a playful blend of music, readings, and 15 minute guided relaxations (savasana), this mid-week class will leave you feeling centered and serene. All levels are welcome to attend.
