Yoga for the People with J Miles, Thursdays 6:45-8:00. Suggested donation $10 or pay what you are able. Donations accepted in the form of cash or check made to PYR.
Class open to all levels with emphasis on growth. Recommended for yogis with 6 months steady practice. Please inform the instructor if you are a new yogi with less than 3 months steady practice.
Time to level up! Ha-tha is the process of using posture, breath and intention to unite the vital forces within ourselves, the combining of Sun and Moon energy. Every day we face challenges that test our courage, patience and resolve. Yoga is a practice that builds the necessary will to overcome any obstacle. This class is for those who wish to not only take their practice to a higher level, but also wish to elevate themselves. With challenging asana, attention to breath and a joyful spirit, the yoga mat is our proving ground. Yoga for the People is Yoga for the Powerful!
It’s advised that you arrive 5-10 minutes early for class in order to secure your spot, and to check in with the instructor in order to advise of any injuries or conditions.
