Even if you don't choose to volunteer to become an Arizona Authors Literary Contest judge, you might enjoy this workshop. It will tell you about our contest process, how we judge books, the kinds of judging sheets we use, and all of the details that may interest you if you ever wish to enter our contest (or volunteer as a judge).

The contest, now in its 46th year, is a bit different each time and the rules get tweaked. Even if you attended last year, you'll see some new information.

If you do decide to volunteer, then cheers! This workshop will give you the confidence to know that you CAN do it well. We'll need a minimum of 40 judges and likely more, to adequately judge the Literary Contest (based on last year's entries that's an average of 12 per judge, but even if you can only do one or two, it will still help!) Come and join us by registering with the link provided.
