The Inaugural Meeting

Alright you lot, we've got a date: join us for the very first meeting of the Prompt Poets Society this September 16th, 2025 from 6:30pm onwards at the BizDojo Ponsonby.

Let's gather to discuss and swap notes on AI-assisted coding. We aspire to a collegial atmosphere with a mix of prepared talks and open discussion.

Rough agenda:

• Rowan Oulton will explore the advent of literacy and how AI might be a bit like that,
• Ben Gracewood & Emad Said will talk about how they use vibe-coding tools on a legacy PHP codebase at Fergus, and
• Jin Budelmann is still planning his talk, watch this space
