Volunteer with United Way ABC Supporting the School Supply Drive!

Join us on Wednesday, July 31, from 3:00 to 5:00 PM at the Harrah's Cherokee Center Asheville, 87 Haywood Street, for a meaningful volunteer opportunity! We're partnering with Highlands Circle, United Way of Asheville & Buncombe County's young professional group, to distribute over 2,000 backpacks to local nonprofits. This opportunity will highlight how essential community service is for ensuring that everyone in Asheville and Buncombe County can thrive.

During this volunteer shift, we’ll be loading backpacks into vehicles, breaking down and cleaning the space, and returning items to UWABC's offices. Your help is crucial in providing children with the tools they need for a successful school year.
