What we’re about
We are a group of like minded people who are all interested in Property Development.
You might be working on your first or second development project, working on developments in a new area, or be interested in property development and want to learn more.
We host informal gatherings where we can all share ideas with other property developers and industry professionals. We focus on networking and sharing ideas to help everyone achieve their goals sooner. We run regular organised events which we cross-advertise through different forums.
We are happy to share our experiences with building townhouses, duplexes, subdivisions, and property options. If you are missing something in your property development network, or knowledge we would love to help you out.
We also organise regular educational events where property professionals come and share their knowledge to help you on your property development journey.
I personally do my own development projects and source large land sites for subdivisions on behalf of bigger developers - mostly R2 suitable for house and land packages.
