This group is for members of the UK property industry and anyone interested in property
Property Nexus (the UK property network) (https://propertynexus.co.uk) is an organisation which adopts a fresh approach to connecting the UK property industry. We hold property networking events in London, Birmingham and Manchester and operate an online property social network and business directory dedicated to the UK property industry. Our organisation is run by property professionals who understand the industry and like you know what we want from property networking
Our property networking events are attended by a wide range of professionals within the property industry, construction and other built environment sectors, including:
- property agents
- architects / interior design
- building and quantity surveyors
- project managers and facility managers
- structural engineers
- town planners
- lawyers
- property investors and financiers
- property developers and asset managers
All our events are informal, friendly and relaxed allowing you to mix and talk with other attendees and make contacts and business leads. Our events are charged at a single fee per event. There are NO ongoing membership fees, speeches or sales presentations, or other catches or gimmicks, just pure property networking!
Please note that the number of RSVPs showing on Meetup for our networking events should not be taken as an indication of the number of attendees as most of the tickets to our events are sold through Eventbrite and not Meetup

All Bar One Brindleyplace is a stylish bar sitting pretty with a canal-side spot that few can beat. Looking out across the canal you’ll see Birmingham Symphony Hall and The International Convention Centre. It is also famous for being at the centre of Birmingham’s nightlife. We have a private area booked for our event, The Mezzanine which is a great space perfect for our networking event. The Mezzanine is located upstairs at All Bar One Brindley Place
During the event, a variety of beverages such as wine, beer, and water are provided initially until they are all gone (so be punctual!). Later, a private bar is accessible for attendees who want to buy extra drinks at their own cost
Dress Code: Smart Casual (no trainers, no sportswear and no hats)
ID required: The venue is a licensed premises and therefore may require identification such as driver's licence / passport to be presented on arrival

We have a private area booked for our event, The Studio 61 Room which is an intimate space perfect for our networking event. The closest tube station is Holborn on the Central Line. The Studio 61 Room is located on the lower ground floor of Sway Bar
