PO WAWA #10 - Creating great product strategy

Hi all!

We would like to invite you to the first workshop after holiday break. This time we are repeating one of the past workshop again. If you missed it last time, or you want to refresh your knowledge - lets meet Monday, 30th October at 18:00.

Goal for this meeting is that every attendee will have a draft version of strategy by the end of this workshop.

Agenda:

• Introduction - what vision, strategy plan and roadmap means

• explaining Vision Board, and Toyota style strategy planning

• your work - in small groups or individually, your work products, or your own ideas

• conclusion - sharing thoughts and outcomes
