• What we'll do
This will be first workshop of this kind. It is dedicated to ones who would like to lead propo training by themselves. Target audience are Product Owners, who would like to help other PO inside their organizations. Also Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches responsible for PO education. You also have a chance to contribute to proPO - during the workshop we will refine trainers guide, training materials, and what kind of workshops can be a part of a 12 step, open proPO course.

Agenda:

• proPO.org brief introduction - vision and products
• how to prepare as a trainer
• review of existing proPO course modules
• review of product backlog management training

After this workshop, you should be able to run the product backlog management training by your own.

The goals for this workshops are:

• train as many trainers as possible
• encourage participants to give as many trainings as possible
• get feedback about proPO.org
• select proposal for 12 steps in open proPO course
