Below are the dates/timings needed. Note: You don’t have to be there for the entire time, a few hours helps too!!

Friday March 17th
Time: 10am
Location: Meet at Computers 2 SD Kids to pick up 100 computers and deliver them to NU Kearny Mesa Campus
Volunteers required: 1-2 with pick up truck or van (I am working on getting a cargo van)
Time: 1030 am to 4pm Patch and install software on laptops
Location: NU Kearny Mesa Campus
Volunteers required: as many as possible

Monday March 20th Time: Noon to 5pm Patch and install software on laptops Location: NU Kearny Mesa Campus/. Volunteers required: as many as possible

Tuesday March 21st
Time: Noon to 5pm - Patch and install software on laptops
Location: NU Kearny Mesa Campus
Volunteers required: as many as possible

Wednesday March 22nd
Time: Noon to 5pm Patch and install software on laptops
Location: NU Kearny Mesa Campus
Volunteers required: as many as possible

Thursday March 23rd
Time: 9am – Deliver computers to the UCSD Campus (San Diego Super Computer Center)
Location: NU Kearny Mesa Campus
Volunteers required: 6-8, 1 or 2 with van or pick up
Time: 9:30am – 4pm – Set up and test computers at San Diego Super Computer Center
Volunteers required: as many as possible

Friday March 24th Time 8am – 4pm - Set up and test computers at UCSD Faculty Club Atkins Pavilion
Volunteers required: as many as possible

Saturday March 25th Time 8am -5pm - Finals Competition – Set up, monitor, clean up/pack up
Volunteers required: at least 15 Monday March 27 Time 9am – Transport computers from UCSD to Computers 2 SD Kids
Volunteers required: 6-8, 1 or 2 with van or pick up
