Use your Sense of SMELL to find fresh barbecue grilling at Haulover Park, containing the largest remaining stretch of undeveloped beach front in Miami-Dade County. Situated just a few miles north of Miami Beach, between Bal Harbour and Sunny Isles Beach, this 1.4 mile beach park attracts visitors from around the world most notably for its pristine white sand shores, open ocean surf, beautiful coastal vegetation, and access to recreational activities.

SCHEDULE
• 1:00 PM - Join us at our Park Pavilion #2 land start off your beachside day with some outdoor games as you play friends in connect four, giant checkers, & drink pong, corn hole while enjoying some spiked punch
• 2:30 PM - SMELL that grilled cooking filling the air during our Annual potluck-style proudOUT Barbecue by the Beach! We provide the burgers & chicken sausages, you bring your favorite entree, salad, or side dish to share
• 5:30 PM - After we eat, pass on by Skyward Kites near Bill Bird Marina for some ice cream & a kite to fly over the grassy areas facing Biscayne Bay, or head on down to the iconic Haulover Beach noted for blue waters & soft sand as you soak up the sun before catching the sunset

Our potluck-style Barbecue by the Beach is FREE to attend. proud society will provide Burgers & Chicken Sausages to cook on the grill. Please make sure to bring an outdoor-friendly entree or dish to share, and a towel to lay/sit on. Drinks are BYOB (Wine, beer & seltzers are ok, no hard liquor or glass allowed in the park please). Kites will be available to purchase at Skywards Kites located within the park starting from $5 and up.
*NOTE: Weekend Parking Rates is $10 per vehicle. We will be setup in Park Pavilion #2 near the picnic barbecue grill areas. Plan to arrive more earlier than later as the parking lots may close once they reach capacity.
