Mixed Nuts' "Animal Crackers at the R.W.P Zoo" on Saturday,10/11/25 at 1 PM

Happy Fall, Everybody, but I hope nobody actually falls (down)!
Mixed Nuts Leader Ike is planning a "fun and sun day with the animals" at the Roger Williams Park Zoo on Saturday, October 11th, 2025, starting at 1 PM.
The Zoo closes at 4 Pm so a 1 Pm start time would give us close to 3 hours to see the entire stunning park and see all the wonderful animals so let's hoof it there (Sorry!). Admission for adults are $19.95; with $13.95 for kids 2 - 12 and $16.95 for seniors 62+.
For everybody, though, the Zoo is a wonderful experience - for all - with great exhibits, habitats and shared time with our cool animal friends so all who come will benefit.
Let's meet outside the Zoo's main entrance between 12:45 and 12:55 so we can all go in together. I will be arriving by at least 12:35 so I can get maps and scout out the best paths to walk at the Zoo. Please bring a hat and a sweater or jacket as well as something to drink as it could be pretty cool this time of year.
As stated, members should feel free to bring guests such as family members or friends along. Please just put a +(the number) of guests you are bringing on your RSVP so I can get a heads up on how many are coming in total.
