I Was Born Under a Wandering Star
Details
"I Was Born Under a Wandering Star" (or, "Do Flying Donkeys Exist?")
presented by our very own Don Bell!
"if I get to heaven tie me to a tree. Or else I'll get to wanderin
and you know where I will be!"
In the thought of psychologist Thomas Gilovich is it possible
to know or consider possible what isn't so and does this
illustrate the fallibility of human reasoning?
Questions:
1. Are we limited to the scientific method of seeing reality
2. Is living well a matter of correcting and using data?
3. Is there a place for metaphysics?
4. Do people believe in things and ideas that are not true?
5. Are some things possible in our universe but not seen on earth?
6. Are some things or ideas not possible anywhere?
When and Where = 7:00PM Fri. 14 August 2026 - Price Chopper, Lenexa, Kansas.
