• Permit Disclosure: We do have a permit.

• BRING A WHITE and DARK SHIRT

• We play rain or shine!

• PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME - 7:15PM!! Game starts at 7:30pm sharp .

• NO BALL SMASHING! THIS IS A LOWER VISIBILITY GAME, Safety is priority.

• Full rules explained at the game.

Be Positive - Constructive criticism after the game is way better than you yelling at me and complaining during the game.

Be Safe - Want to kick someone really hard? go take karate. We like our shins.

Be 2! - Teamwork. It takes 2 to complete every pass.

Be Generous! - Not just your money (though it helps). We want clapping and good cheers.

Participant Waiver

In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way, in any District Sports programs, events or activities, I understand, acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. I certify that I am physically fit and able to participate in the program, sport, event or activity, and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional.

  2. I agree to comply with any and all rules, regulations, terms and conditions for participation in the program, event or activity. I agree to inspect the equipment and premises to be used prior to participation. If I believe that anything is unsafe, I will inform league officials, team captains, referees or facilities owners of the issue and refuse to participate if not corrected.

  3. I acknowledge and fully understand that as a participant, I will be engaging in activities that involve risk of serious injury, including permanent disability and death, property loss and severe social and economic losses. These risks include, but are not limited to, those caused by: (a) the actions, inactions or negligence of District Sports, participants, volunteers, spectators, coaches, event officials, referees and organizers; (b) conditions of the premises or equipment used; (c) rules of play; (d) temperature; (e) weather; (f) condition of participants; and, (g) vehicular traffic. I further acknowledge and fully understand that there may also be other risks that are not known or foreseeable at this time. I KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF DISTRICT SPORTS OR OTHERS, AND I ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY FOR MY PARTICIPATION.

  4. I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, hereby waive, release, discharge, and agree not to sue District Sports, its managers, members, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives, agents, coaches and referees, and other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers and if applicable, owners and lessors of equipment and premises used to conduct the programs, events or activities (collectively the Releasees?), from any and all claims for damages, injuries, losses, liabilities and expenses which I may have or which may subsequently accrue to me, relating to, resulting from or arising out of my use and/or participation in any programs, events or activities of District Sports, including any injury or damage to my person or property, or to that of any other person or property.

5 .I agree to indemnify, defend and hold the Releasees harmless from and against any and all claims for damages, injuries, losses, liabilities and expenses relating to, resulting from or arising out of my participation in any District Sports program, event or activity.

  1. I consent to have medical treatment that may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident and/or illness during any program, event or activity. I release District Sports and all persons participating in any such medical treatment from all responsibility for any such actions.

  2. I agree to not allow any non-registered individual to participate in any or all District Sports activities. If I believe a non-registered player is participating I will bring this to the attention of the team captain, acting team captain or District Sports official.

  3. I agree as a team captain, acting team captain or team player to assume liability over any non-registered player that participates under my permission.

  4. I understand that my registration(s) fee is non-refundable for league play. I also understand, while rare, that if I am not able to be placed on a team by the season start then I will get a 100% refund. I understand that play in this league is not guaranteed upon payment and that I will reiceve a refund if not registered.

  5. I intend that this Waiver and Release of Liability shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.

I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND I FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, AND I UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS, AND I CHECK IT KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT OR DURESS.

By taking part in group activities you hereby are agreeing to the rules and regulation of the meetup. In addition, you acknowledge you are volunteering to play at your own self will and at your own risk. Neither organizer nor assistant organizers are responsible for any injuries or mishaps while partaking in the games. We encourage love of the game and for each other. We encourage friendly competition. Organizers reserve the right to remove players from the game if they refuse to be friendly.
