She has worked with all levels of employees and brings not only a knowledge of job search strategies, but also an understanding of the business world. With over twenty years of experience, Deb continues to remain passionate about helping others manage the experience of job loss, while guiding them through their journey to find their next opportunity. Previous to starting her own consulting practice in 2016, Deb worked within the outplacement industry for 17 years, primarily for the premier outplacement firm Lee Hecht Harrison (LHH), where she last held the position of Vice President/Career Coach. Today she continues to affiliate herself with one of the top outplacement firms, Randstad RiseSmart. Deb holds a Master’s Degree in Community Counseling from Southern Connecticut State University and a Bachelor’s Degree from UConn.
