Your Success and Accomplishments using CAR/PAR Stories
Details
The Professional Service Group of Central New Jersey welcomes back Paul Cecala on Monday, April 24 at 10:30 am as he discusses “Your Success and Accomplishments using CAR/PAR Stories.” Paul will detail how injecting your career success stories into the interview is the best way to demonstrate to a hiring manger that you are good fit for the role you interviewing. After giving your 60-second pitch of your background and experience, ask the hiring manager about the key performance indicators of the role. Answer their questions with brief CAR (Challenge Action Result) stories as part of a conversation with the interviewer.
Paul Cecala is a Global Career Developmental Facilitator (GCDF) certified career coach and a principal at Cecala Career Consultants. He has decades of experience as a career coach helping individuals with finding career success.
