Talk Night Work Party

Our November Talk Night will be a Talk Night Work Party. We'll be meeting to rally sponsors for Talk Nights in 2026 so we can keep offering a great venue and food at Talk Nights each month!

PuPPy needs your help to keep Talk Nights running strong in 2026! Did you know that our core volunteer team was unable to find a host venue and food sponsor for November?? We are usually scrambling the month of to pull sponsors together.

At this casual work party at Stoup Brewing, we’ll team up to reach out to 100 potential sponsors for next year’s events.

We’ll focus on:

Warm Leads
• Past sponsors
• We'll help you reach out to people at your organization to consider sponsoring
• Employers or contacts from your own network who might be willing to host PuPPy or sponsor a Talk Night
Cold Outreach
• Send friendly cold emails or LinkedIn messages to companies who might want to sponsor
• Coordinated outreach to leverage our networks
• Message coworking spaces and tech hubs for venue sponsorships
Memes
• There might be more PuPPy fundraising memes

• Email and message templates - professional, friendly, and easy to personalizeThis is a great chance to contribute, give back with other volunteers, and have some fun while doing good for the community.

Work Party Goal: Reach out to 100 contacts to be 2026 sponsors for Talk Night food and venues. If we have our regular talk night attendance of 50-70 people, we can team up or each send 2 messages and then just focus on chatting/meme-making.
