Sponsorship Outreach Party

Join us for a night to help keep food at PuPPy Talk Nights! At this casual work party at Stoup Brewing, we’ll team up to reach out to 20 potential sponsors for food.

We have a process, so don't worry about who to ask before you come. We’ll help you with:

Warm Leads
• Past sponsors
• We can help you identify who to reach out to at your organization to consider sponsoring
• Employers or contacts from your own network who might be willing to sponsor food

Cold Outreach
• Send friendly cold emails or LinkedIn messages to companies who might want to sponsor
• Coordinated outreach to leverage our networks

We’ll provide:
• The official PuPPy Sponsorship One-Pager
• Email and message templates - professional, friendly, and easy to personalize

This is a great chance to contribute to PuPPy, get to know other volunteers, and have some fun while doing good for the community.

Work Party Goal: Reach out to 20 contacts to be 2026 sponsors for Talk Night food. If we have 20 people, we can team up to identify who to reach out to, and each send 2 messages and then just hang out. Hope to see you then!
