Predator software was founded in 1994 and is still headquartered in Beaverton, Oregon. The company has weathered the many turns and changes across the industry, including the disruption of Covid.
This talk will discuss lessons learned from founding the company, growing it internationally, and dealing with Covid, all while maintaining a corporate culture that has meant that people stay. As of January 2024, the average tenure of current Predator employees is 11.1 years.
