Description:
Mitali Monalisa is a technology leader with proven global leadership experience and expertise in delivering complex engineering solutions, building strong teams, and driving cross-group initiatives. She is an executive leader at Ford, driving software transformation. She has more than 20 years of experience with a focus on Software Product Development, Program Management, DevOps, and Analytics. Prior to Ford, she was at Intel where she played a key role in designing and rolling out Continuous Integration across Intel and received multiple awards including the prestigious Intel Achievement Award for bringing in software transformation.
Bio:
Mitali holds a master’s degree in EE from I.I.T Kharagpur, a master’s degree in Engineering and Technology Management from Portland State University and recently completed a program from Stanford on “Driving Innovation in Established Organizations”. She is a mom to two ten-year-old twin girls, a published author, enjoys singing (Bollywood songs) and being outdoors hiking with her husband.
