Tonight we're going to spend some time looking at two familiar ideas, feminine and masculine energies—not as gender identities, but as fundamental patterns of expression with the power to shape our lives and the way we experience ourselves and the world. We'll be looking at how those patterns show up in balanced or unbalanced ways.
Starting from the idea that an unbalanced expression isn't accidental, but rather traces back to all manner of trauma (including personal, societal and cultural forms), we'll explore how these dynamics play out generally and you'll have the opportunity to begin to think about your own patterns.
