What we’re about
It has been over 4 years that we have been meeting, and in that time we have seen the movement towards legalizing psychedelics for therapy moving forward rapidly. With the release of "How To Change Your Mind" by Michael Pollan, as well as many advances around the world in research and trials, the information is growing and the stigma is lessening around the use of these medicines.
We are an inclusive community interested in the psychological and spiritual uses of psychedelics and plant medicines as well as other consciousness-expanding modalities such as breathwork. Together we offer and receive emotional support to those who have explored mind-altering substances and other states of consciousness, especially as it relates to micro-dosing, spiritual retreats, and intentional uses of the medicines. We share integration practices that encourage a sound return to a balanced state following psychedelic experiences. We also learn about the myriad ways psychedelics are currently used for various therapeutic purposes in shamanism and science alike. Locally, our events include sharing circles, shamanic workshops, educational courses, medicine retreats and more - all about safety, education and connection.
