Psychedelic Nature Walk, Azambuja

This will be a gentle 3 hour walk through the richly-biodiverse riverine countryside around the historical Tagus Estuary town of Azambuja under the mini-dosed influence of nature’s fungal bounty. The aims of the walk are to connect with nature and people through quiet contemplation of the region’s 240 species of birds as well as its varied fauna and flora.

Lunch will be at the highly-rated Tasco da Ilda restaurant (https://tascodailda.pt/) at 13:00.

The meeting point will be the riverside exit of Azambuja railway station (which can be reached via Oriente and Apollonia railway stations in Lisbon) at 10:30 precisely due to the relatively tight schedule.

Note: Firm confirmations only are requested for this event as numbers are limited and the busy restaurant needs to be pre-booked.

The event is essentially free but a €10 contribution is requested to cover costs.
