Psychedelic Integration Circle

Details
Psychedelîc experiences can be awe-inspiring, difficult, and everything in between, but the journey doesn’t end there. True, lasting transformation begins with integration.
Psychedelic Society of Asheville warmly invites you to join us on Saturday, May 3rd from noon to 2pm for a safe and supportive Integration Circle at one of our favorite local, magical venues, The Well in West Asheville.
By embracing the practice of integration, we develop a deeper awareness of our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. This heightened consciousness allows us to navigate life's ups and downs with greater resilience and grace.
We will have one of our dearest supportive PSA members, Jessica RIchmond, certified Psychedelîc Coach, facilitating this circle. She is an amazing, warm, empathic circle holder and fosters a deeply safe and supportive atmosphere for sharing and connecting.
All are welcome. Whether you are reflecting on a recent journey, preparing for an upcoming one, revisiting past experiences, or simply seeking a space for meaningful connection, integration is an ongoing practice available to us all that doesn't even need to involve taking psychedelîcs.
This will be an intimate gathering, intentionally limited to 25 participants to ensure a safe and supportive space for all.
What is integration?
꩜ Integration can be understood as turning an experience from a psychedelic journey into a way of being in the world.
꩜ Integration is about interpreting the symbolic meaning of our experience with the medicine, identifying the lessons and insights that we received, and finding a way to anchor those messages into our lives on an ongoing basis as we move towards greater wholeness.
꩜ A lifelong journey of learning to walk in the world more mindfully, as though every moment is sacred.
What to bring:
꩜ An open mind.
꩜ Anything on your heart that you feel called to share.
꩜ Space in your day for quiet reflection afterward, as integration work often stirs deep insights.
This will be an intimate gathering, intentionally limited to 25 participants to ensure a safe and supportive space for all. Please RSVP to reserve your spot.
Reciprocity & Donations
This is a free community offering. However, donations are welcomed to help support and expand Psychedelic Society of Asheville events and operating costs (website development, Meetup costs, rentals for meetings, PSA informational pamphlets, stickers, etc.)
Donations can be made in cash or via Venmo @psychedelicsocietyavl
Your contributions genuinely help us continue fostering safe and enriching spaces for our community.
We look forward to sharing this time of reflection and connection with you!
