What is Lucia °3?
Lucia °3 is a hypnogogic meditation light from Austria, developed by a neurologist and psychiatrist to induce altered states of consciousness using programmed frequencies of white light.

What is a session like?
Group sessions involve up to 6 people laying on the floor, crown-to-crown like spokes on a wheel beneath a suspended Lucia lamp. Recorded music and/or live soundbath elements that may include tibetan and crystal singing bowls, koshi chimes, drumming, oceanic sounds, and more. Group journies are amazing and can be collective-intention driven.
Private, 1:1 sessions are usually done in a zero gravity reclining chair wearing noise cancellation headphones with specially chosen recorded music for a deep, personal immersive experience.
Note: Waiver must be signed before participating. Lucia °3 is not recommended if you are under 18, pregnant, or have a history of light sensitive epilepsy.
