About us

What This Group Is About
I started this group because the ceremony space can be difficult to navigate, and there is a massive gap when it comes to proper support. If you have had a challenging or destabilizing experience during a ceremony, left without adequate integration, or simply feel unsure how to safely screen future events, this space is for you.

Who Should Join
Come join us if:

You had a rough, confusing, or adverse experience during a ceremony.

You finished an event but felt left out in the cold without the support needed to process it.

You are looking into future ceremonies but want solid, practical parameters to vet facilitators and venues before committing.

What We Do at Our Meetups
When we meet, we will focus on three things:

Sharing the Load: We will talk through what happened in a straightforward, non-judgmental environment.

Practical Integration: I will offer direct support and grounding frameworks based on my 15 years of personal and professional experience in this field.

Rigorous Vetting: I will share the specific criteria I use to evaluate the safety, ethics, and competence of facilitators so you can protect yourself moving forward.

A Bit About Me
I am a researcher and mentor, and I have spent the last 15 years studying ceremony dynamics, integration protocols, and somatic safety. My role here is to share the practical frameworks I have developed so you can ground your past experiences and make safer, informed choices in the future.

Note: This group focuses on practical integration frameworks and peer support. It is not a substitute for clinical therapy.
