Workshop Description
We often talk about the importance of community—but what does it actually take to build, maintain, and sustain healthy dynamics within it?
Psychedelic experiences, festivals, and intentional communities often amplify connection, desire, and intensity. In those moments, our unconscious patterns around safety, belonging, creativity, desire, and personal power naturally become more visible. Rather than viewing these patterns as problems to fix, they can become powerful opportunities for self-awareness.
This experiential workshop explores the lower three chakras—Root, Sacral, and Solar Plexus—as a practical map for understanding how these foundational energies shape the way we relate to ourselves and one another. Through movement, somatic awareness, archetypal exploration, partner exercises, and small-group reflection, we'll cultivate greater awareness of how our shadow patterns influence the communities we help create.
Together we'll explore how greater self-awareness becomes the foundation for healthier relationships, more conscious participation in community, and deeper integration—not only within psychedelic spaces, but throughout our lives.
What to Expect
- An introduction to the archetypes and shadow patterns of the Root, Sacral, and Solar Plexus chakras
- Guided somatic meditations and embodied movement practices
- Interactive partner and small-group exercises
- Practical tools for navigating safety, desire, power, and belonging in community
Note from the facilitator: This workshop is the first public offering of a new program that will be presented at Medicine Festival in the UK later this summer. I'm excited to share it with the Portland community first and allow it to evolve through our experience together.
