Feeling stressed, tense, or a little worn down? This weekly Qi Gong class offers a simple way to slow down, breathe, and feel more at ease in your body.

Qi Gong is a gentle movement practice that combines slow, flowing motions with mindful breathing. In this class, we move with ease and attention, allowing the body to release tension and settle naturally. The focus is on how the movements feel, not on getting anything “right.”
No experience is needed. Movements are simple, low impact, and can be done standing or seated. You’re encouraged to listen to your body and move at your own pace.

Many people leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more grounded than when they arrived.

Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle if you’d like. Chairs are available.
