Big Medicines in Small Doses: Combining Iboga & 5-MeO-DMT
Details
Curious about Iboga or 5-MeO-DMT, but wary of how intense they're often made out to be?
Both medicines are getting a lot of attention lately, mostly in high-dose contexts. In this free educational session, we outline a different perspective for what becomes possible when these medicines are approached at low doses, layered slowly, and supported by a deep connection to the body.
Through this talk we'll explore:
- What Iboga and 5-MeO-DMT are, and how each one tends to work
- Why someone might choose to combine them, and why the order matters
- The case for low doses, and how pacing with the nervous system supports integration instead of overwhelm
- How somatic practice, movement, and sound can support medicine work
- Safety considerations, contraindications, and questions to ask any facilitator
- Open Q&A
Meet Your Hosts:
Shannon Solieva: Shannon Solieva is a Somatic Therapist and Psychedelic Facilitator with a passion for exploring the vast oceans of the Great Mystery. She’s a big fan of extraordinary experiences and has been working with various sacred medicines for over 15 years. The entirety of her practice is devoted to helping people (re)connect to their whole selves, and to come into a felt sense of coherence through all of their layers – body, mind, spirit, and the subconscious.
Shannon is firmly planted at the altar of the body. She loves helping people embrace and transmute the ineffable, weaving all of the multifaceted stories into an embodied, coherent whole. She creates an environment where nothing is taboo, and firmly believes that we can span the whole gamut of the human experience without ever leaving the domain of the sacred.

Lauren Weaver: Lauren Weaver is an intuitive energy worker, spaceholder & student of life, devoted to supporting others on their path of self-discovery. Her own journey through the darkness and profound personal transformation ultimately led her to the most important discovery of all: that we are our own greatest healers.
Lauren’s work has been shaped by 6+ years of Reiki, alongside immersions in Qi Gong, somatics, meditation, sound healing, and embodied feminine leadership. Her path has naturally evolved into facilitating ceremonies, singing circles, and sacred medicine spaces.
Lauren’s approach is grounded, soft, and intuitive, rooted in nervous system regulation and the belief that sensitivity is a superpower. She is honoured to hold safe and sacred space as you shed all that is not you and remember the divinity within.
Kiki Grace: Kiki Grace is a Somatic-based Transformational Coach and Psychedelic Guide with a passion for empowering seekers to safely explore the realms of their own consciousness with curiosity, autonomy, and precision. A sacred medicine explorer for over 18 years, through both self-study and mentorship, her artistry unfolds in the containers she curates for people to come into deeper contact with themselves.
Kiki is devoted to cultivating attuned presence and connection with the body, and her work centers on guiding clients to develop their own practices. How she holds space for others is intimately informed by the slow accumulation of trust built through her years inside the work. She guides without rush, without performance, and without asking anyone to leave any part of themselves behind. For Kiki, the medicine is never the whole story; it's simply the opening. She's interested in what becomes possible when someone finally feels safe enough to stop protecting themselves from their own depth, and in what they carry forward once they do. What stays with clients is a steadier relationship with themselves, and a practice that they can engage with on their own.
