Introduction to Psychic Development

This month we are taking a closer look at 'energy work'. connecting in with our own energy and harmonising it with the group whilst in circle. and collectively drawing our spirit guides to join us. There will be various exercises both in pairs and as a group. We will also send healing to those in need.
Over the coming months we will be looking at ways to enhance our connection to our energetic beings. Connecting to and communicating with our guides and the spirits around us, exploring mediumship, energetic healing and more. we plan to spend four months on a topic, mediumship to start with and then move to to explore energy work, chakras, angels, crystals and past lives and what ever else comes up.

During the first evening we will work with becoming sensitive to our own energy field and those around us to enable connection to and sense spirit presence. By expanding awareness beyond the physical we are able to tap into unseen energy.
As with any skill the more you practice the better you get so there will be lots of practice.
