Join me on this journey of forest bathing and guided meditation in nature. The act of engaging with nature has many benefits. These range from stress reduction, creative inspiration and intuitive development to a connection to our higher selves, spiritual guides and ancestors in the spiritual realm.
The natural world and our connection to it is vital for our wellbeing of mind, body and spirit. It can also awaken our higher consciousness to energy healing and manifestation of our goals.
This opportunity will help you to learn to develop intuition and psychic abilities through connection in nature. We will start our journey with a guided meditation to set an intention for this experience. Journals with prompts pens, colored pencils and other supplies will be provided. We will take a break midway to immerse ourselves in nature with journaling drawing photography and by observing through our six senses.
We will reconvene at the end of our journey to talk about our experience individually and collectively. We will identify ways to connect to nature to improve our mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health.
Please bring comfortable shoes for walking, camera phones or any other things to help you fully enjoy this experience!
