đ Sacred Light Satsang â A Free Online Gathering for Self-Inquiry and Presence
Details
Beneath the busy mind, the roles and the endless stories about who we are, something quieter is always here. Satsang is simply an invitation to turn towards it.
Satsang means âgathering in truth.â This isnât a lecture, a class or a session where youâre given all the answers. We come together, and through open conversation, self-inquiry and moments of stillness, we look at what is actually hereâbeneath the thinking.
Although one person may bring a question or share an experience, what opens through the exploration often speaks to everyone in the room.
Youâre welcome to bring whatever is present: a busy or anxious mind, a sense of feeling lost or stuck, difficulty letting go, questions about who you are beneath it allâor simply a wish to rest in presence for a while.
There is no pressure to speak. Youâre equally welcome to sit, listen and allow what is shared to meet you.
What to Expect
Weâll begin with a short period of guided stillness, allowing the mind and body to settle.
From there, the gathering is openâan unhurried conversation in which, rather than being handed answers, you may be gently invited to look directly at your own experience:
- Who is the one experiencing this?
- What remains when the story grows quiet?
There is nothing you need to fix or achieve before you come. Just an invitation to look honestly, together.
Come Along If You:
- Feel caught in overthinking, fear or uncertainty
- Are questioning who you are beneath your roles and experiences
- Long for more peace, stillness and presence
- Value sincere, open-hearted spiritual conversation in good company
đ§ What to Bring: A quiet space and a willingness to look within
No previous experience is needed. Come exactly as you areâwith your questions, uncertainty and curiosity.
Sometimes the peace weâre searching for isnât something we need to find. Itâs what remains when we stop identifying with everything that tells us itâs missing.
đŤ Reserve your place and come sit with us.
This gathering is offered freely. Donations are welcome but never expected. If you feel moved to support the work, you can support me here. Thank you for your generosity!
