A workshop like no other!

Come and experience our 'Hocus Pocus Pilates', 'Spellbound Meditation' and to finish, a very special 'Graveyard Gong Bath!'

If this doesn't sound mystical and creepy enough for you, our reception experience featuring a bubbling cauldron with potions (herbal teas) and the secret to eternal life - our refreshing Elixir of Youth* certainly will be... mwahaha... :)

As always with our workshops you'll leave feeling revitalised and relaxed; if not slightly freaked out. In a good way...

Yes, this may not actually be Halloween. We thought you might be busy on the 31st; but it is the season of dark magic and witchcraft and we don't need an excuse to have a stretch, meditate and immerse ourselves in Kalie's amazing gong sounds.

Fancy dress is welcome but by no means mandatory; the best costume as judged on the night by us and our social media followers will receive a free box of 5 relaxing Spacemasks to take away with them.

7.00-7.30 pm: Poisons and potions in reception
A haunting start to the evening for sure! Experience the studio as never seen before, with a Halloween make over to send a shiver down your well looked after spine!
Especially if you like (fake) spiders...
Herbal teas and our very own secret to eternal life 'Elixir of youth'* drink will also be available; along with our face painter friend www.thepaintingpixie.co.uk and a few other surprises.

7.30-8.15 pm: Hocus Pocus Pilates
Move your skeleton the way it was designed to move! Forwards, backwards and side to side. This class will stimulate your senses with massage balls to release the web of tension our bodies get into throughout the day, setting you up to relax and unwind when you meditate and immerse yourself in sound. No previous Pilates experience is required so come along and enjoy a movement class suitable for all.

8.15-8.45 pm: Spellbound Meditation
Meditation is the key to infinite wisdom, allow us to introduce you to your higher self during our Spellbound Meditation. Join us for a guided journey to wellness, where we'll be working our way through the chakras, releasing tension and sending healing light wherever it's needed. We'll also be amplifying the healing energy by working with crystals, so you can expect a powerful, double dose of magic. At the end of the meditation you will each receive a guidance card with a message of enlightenment for you to take home and keep.

8.45-9.30 pm: Graveyard Gong Bath
Now that the movement and meditation is complete, it's time to take you on another journey. Experience the gong as you've never heard it before, without the distraction of any other sounds. With a total of four gongs altogether, you will be transported out-of-body for your deepest relaxation yet. Connect with the healing vibrations as they travel through every cell in your body, releasing blockages and realigning everything that has fallen out of place. Leave your worries at the door, it's time to move beyond the limitations of the mind.

9.30 pm: Depart from our mystical studio of darkness...
... with a newfound sense of relaxation and peace; oh and a small goody bag from us to say thank you!
