Samhain Gong Bath and Sound Ceremony

As we reach the halfway point between Autumn Equinox and Winter Solstice, it’s time to embrace the darker evenings and prepare for the winter months.

At Samhain we experience a magical interval when the laws of time and space are temporarily suspended, and the veil between the two worlds is lifted, allowing for the ease of communication with our ancestors and departed loved ones.

Let us take this opportunity to remember those in the spirit world, feeling their loving presence around us as we send out thoughts and prayers as part of our opening ceremony. May we come together (at a safe distance) to create a sacred space of remembrance. If you would like to bring pictures of your departed loved ones for our altar and light a candle in their memory you are very welcome.

Through the power of sound and vibration we shall then align ourselves ready for the challenges that lie ahead, setting new goals and intentions whilst connecting to higher dimensional frequencies. With a combination of healing tones from multiple gongs you will embark on a meditative and mystical healing voyage. A selection of other beautiful instruments will also feature as part of the evening.

At the end of the session you will be gently guided back with adequate time for silent reflection and appreciation, ready to move forward in a powerful new direction.

Spaces are limited due to social distancing; book yours ASAP. You will be required to bring a yoga mat, blanket, cushion/pillow, water and eye mask if desired. (Spare yoga mats can be provided if you do not have one).*Please note this event will be taking place in the main hall not the small hall
