Crown Chakra Meditation

Sahasrara chakra , on top of the head , is our connection to the divine, the universe, god or gods , to universal consciousness. Blocks in this chakra can show up when we question why there is so much cruelty and suffering in the world , or feel limited by the religious structures we were taught.
Tonight we will explore meditations to release these blocks and establish our own true connection to what is divine and universal energy.
No particular belief system required. Do be ready to come on camera if I don’t know you; that’s for the protection of the space from zoom bombers .
