This circle is designed to be a regular "psychic workout" to exercise the psychic faculties and meet with our main guides. It is a good way to stay "in shape".

Expect the following:

Guided Meditation - Energy clearing, chakra work and meeting with spirit guides followed by de-brief and questions.
Facilitated reading practise with Tarot or Oracle cards and sometimes other materials and tools.
Final questions, closing off and check-in.

Any level of development is welcome. It helps if you have some background in meditation and energy work or are naturally open to perceiving/sensitive to energy and/or paranormal experiences.
